We went through the Weeded Out issues in 2024. I won sole credit, according to NZWG and the WGA. That means production has been impossible since Ed and Drew ruled in my favour. There's no path to compromise: I refuse to produce it, and have turned it into derivatives. - Re: Beatles Invade! I'm not working for Sir Peter or for WingNut: I'm not even working for Sir Paul. I'm working with Sir Paul and intending to sell our scripts to Sir Peter. Paul prefers working with me. He says I'm an excellent interviewer. - There's nobody else to go through: I don't have representation. That means that my word is final. I said no in early 2023. If you're still pushing three years later, then I'm expecting punitive/exemplary damages to reflect I could've ended this bullshit in 2023, had I been able to afford an injunction. For want of a few thousand dollars, they used extortion and defamation to bully me. I expect to add an extra six figures to any ruling. - If cops in NZ or the UK are asking you questions, then it is what it is. They've decided that Paul and I are ultimately harmless. We've decided that legal action wasn't enough: extortion and elder abuse are serious.

Sir Paul's lawyers - Lauren etc.* - have done some digging and reckon I'm in the right. I'm not sure precisely how much an injunction would have cost, but probably $3-10,000 NZD. My savings are dwindling, though I'm supposed to inherit from Olga soon. Mr. Barr might want to reflect on those numbers when he pays the money back. - *Yes, really. Lauren's an expert entertainment lawyer. 👍
