To Christopher Luxon and all other transphobes

Well, I gather that you were very uncomfortable with me attending Question Time and staring you down last Wednesday; welcome to the club: the other Chris also hated me attending. He's come around, though; that's what happened when my satire started to really come after the right wing. I'm pretty sure those skits are legally ok, and notice that my scores are quite fair. I've even commented on areas of policy where I thought that the coalition had some good ideas (ie with remand). š - As we've established, it would be diplomatic for me to change my name, but I'm very much not planning to do that; we've established beyond doubt that I had chosen that name well before you became an MP. As for Question Time: this is a liberal democracy, and neither security or the secret service have stopped me. Some of them are even fans! š My armpit hair and leg hair and all that isn't illegal. Let's look at the relevant law: https://www.facebook.com/CRMT.AU/photos/a.329591917149986/850804425028730/ - If I remember correctly, National said that they want to take New Zealand into the future, and crossdressing and gender fluidity is simply a part of that future. ā§ļøā - You can dislike my Ads all you want, but I think my Ads are fun and far cleverer than those bullshit attack ads that you and Labour were running on TV. Count up the eyeballs: a few thousand versus tens of thousands. I hadn't even mentioned you by name until one of my recent skits.š„ - Let's continue this: no, singing a song isn't enough to make me feel like a woman. Being Amanda is simply being me. I'm still the same person, and I'm sure that my peers were surprised to discover that when I attended that fucking bullshit composers meetup. I'm more outspoken, but that's me being more me for the people around me. - I've also established that, despite people blaming me for the occupation of Parliament, there's no causative link and there'd been advice given to the Government months in advance that such a protest was likely: https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/political/463372/report-warned-of-violent-protest-against-covid-19-measures To recap: my song never mentioned the word 'mandate', and 'Fortress New Zealand' was intended as a dig at all those nationalists that were anti-migration. It's hardly the first song ever to say that the working-class should put up a fight. That's classic punk anthem stuff: Oh, but everybody's talking about World War Three Yes, everybody's talking about World War Three But we're as safe as safe can be There's no unrest in this country
We have no SIS We have no secrets We have no rebellion Newsflash: those lyrics are meant to be ironic. That's what makes it funny! I caught up with Emanuel this week. It went really well: I'm glad that he took the time to meet me at my boarding house, and it gave me some renewed confidence in myself. He's eccentric as fuck, but so is Gary. I agree with most of Gary's rants, though, while I tend to roll my eyes slightly at some of what Manny says.𤣠- I hope that people have read my draft book, and are willing to support me with writing that. I'm taking the MÄori language course, and that's my plan for 2024. I'm not going to be persuaded to perform any gigs until people get over their hatred and their anti-trans views. That's totally fair, and people who wanted my Weeded Out screenplay can simply wait until my book is completed. That's much more reasonable, right? I'm never going to agree to use my EP songs, and I'm never going to agree to perform it as a stage piece. Please stop asking, and if you want to face me in civil court then I'm more than willing to go there.
As we've established, my characters are composites, and people invented connections that weren't necessarily intended. There's a passage about that in my book....

As for my nasty comments: well, until you fess up to what you've said behind my back, let's just agree to disagree and admit that maybe you shouldn't have treated me like a fucking special needs case.
I'm not autistic, I'm not dissociative; I'm bipolar and I'm diagnosed as trans.
If I seemed oblivious to others, it's because I was studying my craft, and I got seriously good at writing well before my voice was any good.
However, all that singing on the streets has created a really distinctive singing voice, and that's not something I'm prepared to share with transphobic bigots that can't accept that Amanda the trannie can mop the floor with them, despite her low social status. ā§ļøš³ļøāā§ļø

If you don't want me to get evicted or to annoy people in my building, then please let me have my creative and legal freedom to pursue my own happiness.
Otherwise you're part of the problem; you're causing me to become repetitive and causing me to become suicidal because I know my rights, and I'm more than willing to use confrontational tactics to ensure that my rights are respected. Let's list them off: 1. Freedom of speech. 2. Freedom of expression. 3. Freedom of assembly. 4. Intellectual Property ownership.
5. Legally protected from discrimination in employment, housing etc.
Not passing isn't a crime, and I think that Wellington owes me an apology for those who made me believe that they thought it was.
https://communitylaw.org.nz/community-law-manual/test/laws-that-affect-queer-people/ Suffice it to say that I feel like the classical music community has attempted to convert me, and that's honestly unforgiveable. That's why they can't have my Preludes or attempt to use my soap opera to make them seem woke. šØ My 2030 musical isn't anti-democracy. What do you think Rose's Song is about? She's the bleeding-heart leftie and she's the conscience of the film. And Groundswell and School Strike 4 Climate are real groups. This is a dystopian satire, but it's based on facts, and I think that's why people are so discomfited by it, as it's the reverse of all that optimism that they feel in their performative protests where everyone chants their ya-yas out. However, it's probably much closer to the science, which is increasingly depressing. Maybe my 2030 script is what it'll take to force more climate action from the Nats... Is that a possibility? ā - As for the violence: NZ is becoming more violent and more corrupt, and I'd say that intergenerational poverty and intergenerational privilege are the key drivers of this shift. All those egalitarian ideals are no longer true in Aotearoa, and that's sad. š„ŗ ChatGPT wrote a rant about how movie violence might improve social cohesion: https://www.facebook.com/amanda.michelina.94/posts/pfbid05vCuokhQjD5ct6nXdC79Fp9BQNHYoy38pNo8knV8x2GWmGoDgFa3Q5KnPd5HtRa5l - As for my singing and my tapes: Don may be upset that I sound like him, but it's not like people can patent their voice. Lanza sounded like Caruso, and so did Pavarotti. Sinatra sounded like Crosby. Most baritenors sound like Larry Kert. Some voices are that influential. My songs are totally original, though. š¼ Talking on the phone isn't inherently disruptive, and plenty of people are that obnoxious.
It's an extension of my whole shtick, and it's a good way to talk about taboo topics on the streets. I felt like I was essentially dragged out of bed to make some of those, so I think those people that demanded answers for my behaviour were the ones that created that low-level annoyance. -
Tip: next time you want to criticise me, send me a DM or an email. That's what you'd do if you were respecting me for my stubborness, rather than saying its a pathology. š
I'm not allergic to confrontation; I turned up to several events that were designed to 'guide' me into doing what other people wanted.
I emailed several name-brand people, so it wasn't just the trolls. That was a phase that I went through.
Now, I'm using my cartoons to vent some of those feelings.
I really wish I hadn't spent several hours of my Christmas Eve writing this. I implore all those people to reach out to me if they're upset, rather than brooding and attempting to manipulate me via the news. š

PS: I'm not leaning over the balustrade, I'm leaning under it. The security folks haven't told me or Gary not to do that, so we assume that we can. ā
